 I was absent on this day.

We are in the final stretch before summer and testing, and I’m so excited but nervous. In American Lit we have been preparing for our EOCs with light practice everyday. Today was block day and I finished my assignment early so I had time to work on some make-up assignments. The majority of my day was boring, but I have been keeping up with some of my favorite topics. For example, auburn football and their media team posts a lot and I throughly enjoy it. I also started an online training I have to complete for the summer, I’m a head lifeguard so it comes with extra courses/responsibilities. It was a good day.

  I took spring break as a relaxing re-set for myself so I could be prepared for the end of the year. The break started off with Easter, although my only family in town was my dad. We met with family friends and ate a nice Easter dinner. The next part of the break consisted of my best friend, my dad, and I going to the beach for two nights. The beach was very nice even though it was crowded, but there were a lot of highlights. Some of these highlights were that I did some shopping and I saw some friends I haven’t seen since middle school. I spent the final half of the break relaxing and doing self care. The break went really well for me, I’m sad to be back but I’m ready to get back to work. I am also very excited for summer!
